CAMPUS MUSICUS

Founded by the internationally renowned violinist Tibor Varga, every summer the Campus Musicus brings together young musicians from Switzerland and around the world between the ages of 10 and 18. This two-week course offers young people the opportunity to learn to play in an orchestra and, for the most daring, to perform as a soloist.
In this year 2022, the Campus Musicus is for strings. It is placed under the artistic direction of Yuram Ruiz, accompanied by Alejandra Cova as register manager. The orchestra will work on its technique for a week in the heart of the Valais Alps, before travelling around the canton to present a rich and varied program during several concerts.
