Week 5 : +60 students, 7 professors, 9 concerts, 1 exhibition
The 63rd Tibor Varga Music Academy concludes with an intense week that promises to be an exciting one. From 10 to 16 August, violin (two masterclasses), viola, piano (two masterclasses) and singing will take centre stage at the Pôle Musique, with more than 60 students and 7 professors taking part.
Two public masterclasses will take place there on Thursday, 13 August (violin and viola), offering you one final opportunity to observe the fascinating exchanges between teacher and student.
Nine concerts are on the programme, including one showcasing the talent of our professors Svetlana Makarova and Hartmut Rohde. Unfortunately, this concert is already sold out, but fortunately, you still have eight free student concerts to choose from: don’t miss these high-level musical performances!
Finally, violins and violas will take over the Pôle Musique as part of the instrument exhibition Alt
Thank you for following us throughout this Academy. We look forward to seeing you again next year for more encounters with our students and professors, from 12 July to 14 August 2027.
