What were the composer’s intentions? What is written in the score?
What technical and musical means do I have at my disposal to interpret this work?
Am I conveying the “right emotions”, the “right message”?
Can I reach the audience while remaining faithful to the composition?
These are just some of the questions a performer asks himself/herself when confronted with a musical work. We invite you to enter his or her world!
