Although he has both feet firmly on the ground, Paul Rouger is something of an alien in the world of music!
With three first prizes, a first medal and an accessit from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, his curiosity, enthusiasm, energy and eclecticism outweigh all distinctions.
Passionate about sharing and discovery, he has used his knowledge of the repertoire in the service of music; of all music.
Easily moving from Bach’s Chaconnes to the orchestrated music of ABBA, his skills as a violinist translate very naturally to the conductor’s podium.
Paul Rouger is remarkable, surprising, ready and able to take on every challenge.
