About
A native of Martigny, Damien Theux began playing the guitar at the age of 7. Quickly developing a passion for the instrument, he studied in the guitar class of Christian Tille at the Conservatory of Sion, where he completed his studies with the congratulations of the jury.
He has participated in several masterclasses with Hungarian guitarist-composer David Pavlovits and has won multiple prizes in competitions in Switzerland and Italy.
Damien is currently pursuing a Master of Concert at HEMU Valais-Wallis in the class of George Vassilev.
Alongside his studies, he teaches at the Allgemeine Musikschule Oberwallis.
