About
Camerata Chișinău is composed of young and talented musicians, graduates and students of prestigious music academies in Chișinău, Bucharest, Cluj, Kyiv, Moscow, and Finland. Through their professionalism and energy, these artists bring a fresh spirit to chamber music, combining tradition with artistic innovation. In this context, the orchestra is currently developing a new artistic project dedicated to fantasies on folk themes from different cultures, brought together under the concept entitled “Music of the World.” This initiative aims to highlight the expressive richness of international musical traditions, presented in a modern, elegant orchestral vision that is accessible to a wide audience.
Over time, the orchestra has performed numerous successful concerts, both independently organized and in collaboration with prestigious events. Among the artists with whom we have had the honor to collaborate are: Alexandru Tomescu, Alexandra Tîrsu, Alex Lau, Cristina Goicea, Ilian Gârneț, Valentina Nafornița, Cristian Spătaru (conductor and composer), Stiven Huang (conductor), Dumitru Goia (conductor).
In continuous expansion, Camerata Chișinău aims to raise interpretative standards and to promote outstanding young artists on some of the world’s most important stages.
