Cornelia Venetz teaches at the Conservatoire Cantonale de Sion where she teaches twenty young pianists and contributes to the influence of artistic life in Valais.
She regularly accompanies many musicians and vocal ensembles and is a very active chamber musician. She has collaborated with chamber groups including Malinconia Trio, Labandànéon and Modigliani Quartet, and is a mentor for many young chamber musicians. Cornelia Venetz is also an official accompanist for the violin, singing and flute classes at the Conservatoire.
As a soloist, she has performed with orchestras such as Pro Musica de Bern, La Camerata de Genève, the Orchestre du Conservatorie de Sion, the Orchester-Gesellschaft du Haut-Valais, as well as the Orchestre du Collège de St.Maurice.
She is also president of the Association “Charratmuse”, an association that manages the programming of the “Petite salle de Musique” in Charrat.
