Chamber music with soprano, piano, and cello
Don’t miss the third round of the Tibor Varga International Competition, a decisive stage before the final! In this chamber music round, the last six candidates face an extremely demanding challenge. In dialogue with three renowned musicians, they must combine perfect command of their part with impeccable listening and adaptability. This year, discover two works for soprano, violin, cello, and piano that take us into very distinct worlds, from Beethoven’s brilliance to the poetry of Amy Beach. The candidates will also perform one of the great trios from the repertoire for violin, cello, and piano.
