The IMAGE Theatre, a theatre company founded in 1989 by Alexander Eihao and Eva Asterová, has become a pillar of the Prague cultural scene. Combining black light theatre, modern dance, music and pantomime, the IMAGE Theatre troupe offers high-quality productions with a touch of humour. Over the years, the company has developed its own style, presenting unique and captivating shows such as Jazzmine Stories, Fancy! and more recently Afrikania. The varied repertoire, the playfulness of the authors and the captivating performances of the actors and dancers have won over audiences both at home and abroad. With more than 25 years of existence and over 12’000 performances of its various productions, the IMAGE Theatre continues to surprise and delight its audiences, embodying a lively, modern theatre that never ceases to evolve.
