Rena Shereshevskaya is a graduate of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow. Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (France), she is also a laureate of the International Prize for Musical Education “Hippolyte Ippolitov-Ivanov” and is an honorary professor of the eponymous institute in Moscow.

A regular guest in France, Rena Shereshevskaya is currently a piano teacher at the École supérieure de musique Alfred Cortot in Paris and at the Conservatoire de Rueil-Malmaison. Many of her students have won major competitions, such as Lucas Debargue (4th Prize and Special Prize of the Association of Music Critics, Tchaikovsky Competition, 2015) or Alexandre Kantorow (1st Prize and Grand Prix, Tchaikovsky Competition, 2019). In addition to her teaching activities, she performs as a chamber musician with internationally renowned musicians.
