An international musical artist, she performs in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa.
Stephanie Gurga is invited as a conductor or maestro al cembalo to lead concerts and opera productions. She is also sought after as a pianist and harpsichordist in recognized ensembles and orchestras. She regularly performs concertos as a soloist and gives numerous recitals and chamber music concerts. These projects have led her to collaborate with renowned conductors and soloists, including Ton Koopman, Fabio Biondi, and Renaud Capuçon.
Additionally, she works as a vocal coach, choir preparer, and accompanist for opera houses and choirs.
Stephanie Gurga is also the resident organist at the Church of Saint-Guerin in Sion.
She holds the position of accompanist at the Haute Ecole de Musique (HEMU) Vaud-Valais-Fribourg and collaborates with other institutions and academies where she accompanies classes of renowned professors such as Janine Jansen, Tatjana Masurenko, Pavel Vernikov, and Timothy Ridout.
She studied at DePauw University (Indiana, USA), the École Normale de Musique de Paris, and the Musikhochschule in Freiburg im Breisgau. She holds a higher diploma in performance and a Master of Arts in Music.
