We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the 4th International Tibor Junior Violin Competition, which will take place in Sion from 19 to 24 August 2024. So, if you are between 14 and 17 years old and want to give your career a boost, get set!

You have until 17 April 2024, midnight (Swiss time), to register online on our website, where you can also consult the competition rules. If you are selected on the basis of the videos that you send us, you will take part in the 1^st round on 20 August 2024.

You may even reach the 2^nd round, which will take place on 22 August 2024. You will then perform the world premiere of a piece commissioned by the Competition. If you are one of the three finalists, you will of course perform in the final on 24 August 2024, in duet with the famous Swiss mezzo-soprano Marie-Claude Chappuis. You will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra at each round.

In all cases, you will receive constructive feedback and advice from an international Jury.

As well as an incredibly rewarding experience, there are some great rewards in store for you.
