The 5^th edition of the Tibor Junior International Violin Competition promises to be exceptional: from 1 to 4 July 2026, it will be hosted in Italy, where it will take place under the auspices of the Piccolo Violino Magico International Violin Competition, which is celebrating its 10^th anniversary this year. If you are between 14 and 17 years old, we invite you to join us on this unique journey and play your “magic violin” in San Vito al Tagliamento next summer.

You can register now by sending an email request to info@ilpiccoloviolinomagico.it.  You have until 17 April 2026 to submit your registration.

• The 1^st round will be based on a video recording.
• The 2^nd round will take place in San Vito al Tagliamento. Candidates will be accompanied on the piano and will play in duo with another candidate. The unsuccessful candidates will join the Jury for the final.
• During the final in San Vito al Tagliamento, candidates will be accompanied by the Orchestra of Accademia d’archi Arrigoni and will perform in duo with a professional singer.

You will receive constructive feedback and advice from an international Jury chaired by Pavel Vernikov, who is also the Artistic Director of the Competition. You may even be the lucky winner of one of the prizes worth between 1,000 and 5,000 euros.
