Would you like to prepare for an entrance examination or competition and need expert advice from eminent music teachers? Or would you simply like to improve your skills with these masters? Whatever your motivation, you can benefit from the teaching of HEMU professors during the winter session of the Tibor Varga Music Academy 2026, which will be held from 19 to 22 February at the Pôle Musique in Sion.

No fewer than seven masterclasses are on the agenda for this long weekend:

• Félix Froschhammer – violin | new teacher
• José-Daniel Castellon – flute
• Fabien Thouand – oboe
• Florent Héau –  clarinet
• Guilhaume Santana – bassoon | new teacher
• Christian Chamorel – piano

You have until 14 January 2026 to register and apply for a scholarship, if necessary. The price for a three-day course is CHF 485, plus accommodation costs (CHF 40 per night). For further information, please consult the rules and take a look at the flyer below.
