About

Olivia Seigne studied theatre in Paris, at the Cours Florent and then at the Théâtre École du Passage, and also holds a Master’s degree in Russian language, literature and civilisation from the University of Geneva. Together with Alexandre Vogel, she co-directs the StoGramm collective, with whom she writes and stages various projects such as Life after Life (2012-2013), or Comme toi-même (2015). In 2022, in collaboration with Pierric Tenthorey, she directed and performed in the Norman Conquests, a trilogy by Sir Alan Ayckbourn. Since 2016 she has been working with the Association Ouverture-Opéra, for which she has directed three operas: L’Orfeo (Monteverdi), La belle Hélène (Jacques Offenbach), and The Magic Flute (Mozart). Olivia was awarded the Prix Culturel d’Encouragement by the State of Valais in 2008.
