About
Trombonist Pascal Emonet completed his studies in 1989 at the Geneva Conservatory, from which he graduated with a Virtuosity Prize. Solo trombone of the Geneva Chamber Orchestra from 1982 to 2017, he is also a professor at the Conservatoire Cantonal de Sion. Curious, he multiplies innovative projects. He is the founder of the Quintette du Rhône and the director of the Losagne brass band. Producer and conductor of several shows mixing music, theater and dance, he proposed among other actions a memorable Histoire du Soldat on the lake of Champex in 2000. In 2010, his enthusiasm led him to create the Fanfaribole, which he has since directed with imagination and rigor.
